Encounter With Jesus 3

Wow, what a night!

I just came back from a wonderful encounter night. Powerful Word, prayer and ministration under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Old and new curses and bonds were broken, and believe me the lives of all of us who went for this service will never be the same.
Prophet Philip, a visiting man of God was invited by our father Rev Ernest Aryee and we had a blast.

Right after the word of God(Acts 1:1, Proverbs 10:12, Psalm 72:20) we had a powerful prayer session where demons and powers of idols were cursed and consumed by the Holy Ghost Fire. After which the man of God ministered powerfully under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. Prophecies were declared in the lives of God's children and I believe those lives are headed for great and wonderful destinations.

I personally am blessed and will never be same again. Thank You Jesus for your love, grace and blessings upon my life. If you are not born again I entreat you to be so that Jesus can become the Lord and Saviour of your life to free you from all bondage and most importantly so you can make it to HEAVEN.

God bless you and do visit this blog again.

He that hath

Date: 27th January 2013

Preacher: Rev Ernest Aryee

Bible Verse: Mark 4:25
For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

This is true because Jesus Christ Himself said it and also it is evident in our lives, we see this around us in all aspects of life. For this reason the rich keeps getting richer and the poor poorer. A very clear example is Africa and America. America has moved from riches to riches while Africa sinks in her poverty. But this is not fair! yes it sounds that way but surely there is more to it.

What makes the rich have more whereas the poor who should gain so as to equal with the rich may even loose the little they possess? The question you should be asking is, firstly, what makes the rich man rich and the poor man poor? Is it that the poor man is cursed, is it witchcraft?

Well, there are certain traits or attributes that successful persons have that makes them successful and also the traits or attributes of unsuccessful people. Am sure you want to know what those traits are.
Here are the lists of the traits of successful people: Diligence, faith, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly love and charity. 2 Peter 1 5-8

The traits of unsuccessful persons: Lying and Deception, Greed, Evil speaking, Idleness, Selfishness, Envy. Shocking!!! Isn’t it?

These are just the lists, in subsequent posts and also as and when they are preached by my pastor I will be sharing with you right here on this blog, the details of the various traits, just hit on the tag “he that hath” or the name of the traits in the tags column to view all latest posts about this wonderful and inspiring revelation.

Are you born Again?

Date: Sunday, 20th January, 2013

Preacher: Rev Ernest Aryee (Lighthouse Chapel Int. – Lilly of the Valley Cathedral)

Hi Brethren,

Well its rather unfortunate that I went to church late today yet still I’m glad to share with you what I heard and learnt from today’s word. The whole message was about giving our lives to Jesus Christ and making Him our Lord and Saviour.

The truth about making Jesus our Lord and personal Saviour is that, Christ in His own power could have forced us to do so but no, He has given as our free will so that He can judge us if we don’t. God has given each individual a free will to decide to either join Christ or not. This, I think is quite dangerous to men but we don’t seem to realise it. It is for this reason that we have so many people doubting the existence of God. Many humans do not believe in His existence not to talk of the resurrection power of His son Jesus.

I tell you brethren that, it is better to have Christ in you live and suffer here on earth than not to and burn in hell after judgement. When Christ was living earth He told us that He was going to prepare a place for us all and that He would come the second time but to judge us all according to our works. This is serious, He came the first as a sacrificial lamb but promises to come back the second time as a judge. Heaven and hell are very real.

To the unbelievers: if you believe in Christ Jesus and after your death there is no judgement hey, you’re free. But if you don’t and after your death you are found wanting then you will be in real trouble. But I attest to the fact that Jesus Christ is the only Son of the living god (John 3:16).

If you have not given your life to Jesus i want you to say this as your prayer;
Lord Jesus, I thank you for my life. I confess I’m a sinner and only you can save me, I believe you died on the cross to save me from my sins. Dear Jesus, come into my life and cleanse me from all my inequities. Write my name in the book of life so that when you appear again I will not be left out. Thank you for saving me, amen.

If you said this prayer, I believe you are born again. Find a Bible believing church in your area and fellowship with them. God richly bless you.

Follow Christ

Date: Sunday, 13th Jan 2013

Preacher: Apostle Rev Kinsley Kesse (visit to Lighthouse Chapel Int. – Lilly of the Valley Cathedral)

Bible Verse: Matthew 23:7 – 12

Verse 7: And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

Verse 8: But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

Verse 9: And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

Verse 10: Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

Verse 11: But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

Verse 12: And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Hello dear brethren,
I greet you with joy and peace from our maker. On Sunday we had a surprise visit from a beloved man of God, a man who used to pastor our branch church, now transferred to do the work of God all over the world. He is just wonderful. We love you apostle.

Now to the sermon follow Christ. Jesus Christ our Lord, master and saviour lived a life that any Christian in any part of the world should learn to follow or imitate to be qualified to be called a Christian. This sermon focused on the humble and serving side of Jesus. As read from the passage, Jesus Christ tells His disciples about how we are all equal as brothers and sisters, and that we have only one master which is the Messiah Himself. Meaning one should not boost of himself as a master for there is but only one master. He goes on to tell them how the greatest among them MUST BE a servant.

The greatest key to becoming the greatest is serving others and that is not easy in any way especially if they are your juniors, but the reward we gain by being humble is that God will exalt us. Wow, what other promotion is even nearer to the promotion from God.

The preacher also talked about the fact that God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). If you humble yourself before the Lord, He lifts you up but if you are a proud person He sure humbles you. This is how it works, every now and then God sends His angels to go down the level of “proud and humble stick” to see who is down there on the humble side so He can lift them up. And to those on the proud side of the stick He humbles them, it’s that simple. One thing we should know is that if God brings you down, nothing can bring you up and verse versa.

We should also know that when we serve a master or a supervisor, be it in the church or the work place, well just anywhere, it really does not mean we are humble because it is expected of us to serve our supervisors or leaders. Humble is what makes us serve our juniors and anybody else. May we be humble and receive grace from the Lord God Almighty in Jesus name. Amen.
